I lead finance across capital-intensive digital infrastructure—from investment case and project financing through financial close, covenant management, CAPEX governance and operating performance.

My current scope spans end-to-end finance for a nine-figure, multi-entity portfolio, leading a four-person team and connecting the lender model, the board narrative, financial control and long-range planning.

Alongside debt and portfolio finance, I have supported a sell-side equity raise, secured approval for a ~$70m expansion, helped build a fully integrated business plan to 2040 and recovered approximately $7m of input VAT on capital expenditure.

My style is measured and direct. I ask the commercial question behind the number, make assumptions visible and build decision systems that remain useful after the meeting ends.
